AMU/AMX/A&J process personal data about existing and potential customers and individuals associated with them.

This information is collected only by authorised representatives of the company and include, but not exclusively, Name, Name of company, Phone, Email and other business contact details.

The personal data collected may only be used by authorised users for the purpose of:

  • Administering, managing and developing business relationships.
  • Providing information about us and the products we offer.

    Visitors to the websites may requests samples of fabrics from the range of products that we produce, in order to process these requests, we collect Name, Address, Telephone and Email Address details. This information is used solely for the purpose of providing the requested samples.
  • Contact Us
    Visitors to the websites are able to send an email to us through the websites. Their messages will contain the users screen name, email address, potentially telephone, as well as any additional information the user may wish to include in the message body. This information is used solely for the purpose of replying to the contact raised.We request that you do not provide sensitive information, such as race or ethnic origin; political opinions; religious or philosophical beliefs; trade union membership; physical or mental health; genetic data; sexual life or sexual orientation and criminal records, to us when using our websites.
  • Subscribers
    Visitors to our websites can subscribe for updates on the products that we offer by registering on our websites, at this point personal data such as Name and Email address is collected.

We collect and process personal data about our suppliers, sub-contractors, individuals associated with our suppliers and individuals associated with our sub-contractors for the purpose of managing the relationship, contract, to received services from our suppliers and, where relevant, to provide professional services to our clients.

We collect personal data concerning our own personnel as part of the administration and management of our business activities.
